WWR UNIT consists of three technological parts:
1. equipment for DAF flotation process
2. equipment for UF ultra-filtration process
3. equipment for RO reverse osmosis process

WWR- 1 Unit for cleaning and recycling
1-DAF Reactor is composed of coagulation flow section and
neutralization flow section
-Flocculator tank – where takes place flocculation of sludge
particles in waste water
– Floating tank – where occurs flotation of sludge particles in
waste water
– Detention tank – for collecting of treated water after DAF
process
– Detention tank – for collecting of sludge foam after DAF
process
– Equipment for preparation and dosing of chemicals
– Pumps
DAF (Dissolved flotation unit) flotation equipment consists of:
2- UF Unit- ultra-filtration unit containing two modules
– Detention tank for ultra-filtrate (i.e. for filtered water from UF)
– Equipment for preparation and dosing of chemicals
– Pumps
UF Unit – ultrafiltration equipment consists of:
3 –Ā RO Unit – reverse osmosis unit consisting of 6 pressure tanks,
where is placed a total of 24 pieces of reverse osmosis
membranes TML 10D
– Detention tank – cleaned water (āproduct waterā) after RO
– Equipment for preparation and dosing of chemicals
– Pumps
RO Unit – reverse osmosis unit:
4 -The complete WWR UNIT is located on two interconnected
frames. The frames are designed to make easier transport of
equipment to place of use.
